Outreach
In practice, reaching all members of the target population through the intake process is not easy. Outreach and education efforts play an important role in addressing this challenge. Co-locating staff, as in the No Wrong Door program and in Wake County, and creating a comprehensive application for services, as in Nebraska, are two innovative ways to serve clients seamlessly.
