Commonwealth, an Annie E. Casey Foundation grantee, recently launched an incentive program to help Americans build savings through a program called Prize Savings. Prize Savings allows Walmart MoneyCard customers to enter monthly sweepstakes that awards cash prizes when the customers elect to save.
