Sustaining Your Change Momentum
As we came to the end of the LASER TANF Learning Community, the LASER TLC Sites focused their attention on how to lead their change efforts and overcome barriers and roadblocks over time. Most of the Capstone Convening was centered on helping the sites sustain their change initiative and creating opportunities for peer-to-peer learning among the sites. Highlighted was a keynote speaker, Ms. Lorrie Briggs, who offered advice of potential ways to overcome barriers and continue the change momentum post-LASER TLC.
