The Missouri Model: Modernizing Benefit Delivery Through Partnership

The American Public Human Services Association will host a webinar on September 17, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET to discuss how Missouri is approaching benefit-delivery modernization through a partnership, with state and technology leaders discussing what is working, the challenges they have encountered, and how modernization can be approached without simply starting over.
